22nd May 2007 – Camwatch has announced that its unique CamwatchTOWER™, and its associated CCTV monitoring services, are now available through HSS OneCall. Already used by the majority of the UK’s largest construction companies, a much wider range of organisations are now able to benefit from Camwatch’s active crime prevention services.
The CamwatchTOWER™ is a fully integrated, robust assembly that contains everything required to establish effective CCTV monitoring of a building site. The rapid-deployment system needs only power, can be installed in a couple of hours, and uses the latest 3G wireless technology to communicate with Camwatch’s national control room where the Company’s highly trained staff are able to view alarm incidents and warn-off intruders via the public address system. Should the culprits persist, HSS customers can be assured of priority Police response as the service complies fully with the latest BS8418 British Standard.
HSS Hire controllers manage the supply from delivery to completion, with Camwatch engineers taking responsibility for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of the system. The customer simply pays an all-inclusive monthly rental fee through their normal HSS account (minimum hire periods apply).
